Custom Ugly Sweater

The price table is a guide for this style, with a minimum order of 1 piece. Confirm the final specification and quantities when requesting your quote.

• Define the style: List every design version, including changes to team names, slogans or colors. Distinguish a single shared graphic from individually personalized pieces when requesting pricing.

• Compare the same specification: Keep the yarn, garment dimensions, artwork and finishing requirements consistent when comparing quantities or supplier quotes.

• Separate product and delivery costs: Confirm the sample charge, unit price, shipping service and any applicable taxes or duties in the written quote.

• Check the order breakdown: Send quantities by size and color so the quote reflects your actual order rather than only a total number of pieces.

For a small initial order, read our low-MOQ sweater sourcing guide before comparing offers.

• Send your design brief: Supply the final spelling of names and slogans with the artwork. Mark the most important visual detail so it remains the focus if smaller elements need simplifying.

• Review the artwork proof: Check wording, colors, placement and dimensions before approving the sample brief. Send requested changes together so the next version is clear.

• Approve the physical sample: Read the wording at normal viewing distance and check color contrast. Confirm the placement of the joke, logo or main motif before approving the event design. The listed sample fee is $29.95; review the physical sample photos before sample payment and confirm sample shipping separately.

• Confirm the production schedule: Sample preparation takes 3–9 days after the sample brief is approved. Bulk production takes 10–20 days after final sample and order approval. Shipping time is additional. Confirm yarn availability and the agreed start date when planning your required arrival date.

• Keep an approval record: Confirm the final sample, size breakdown and any agreed changes before bulk production. Keep these details with the order for later checks.

Use our festive sweater artwork and planning guide to prepare the details for your inquiry.

Listed material: 100% acrylic. Confirm this composition in the order specification; any alternative yarn should be agreed separately.

What to check in a sample: Review the proposed acrylic colors together, including high-contrast lettering. Check the finished sample for feel and appearance instead of approving the design from a digital mockup alone.

Color approval: Send a physical color reference or a clearly identified color code where possible. Ask to review the proposed yarn colors and approve their appearance in the knitted sample.

Yarn Availability and Color Matching

Confirm current color availability, minimum yarn quantities and any effect on timing before approving the order. If a color needs to be developed, agree the available approach and approval process in the quote.

For a material comparison, see our cotton, wool and acrylic sweater guide.

Collect the size breakdown before confirming the order. If the sweater will be worn over a shirt or other layer, check that fit on the sample. Measurements below are in inches; confirm the measurement method and agreed tolerances with your sample.

Shipping and Delivery Planning

Approve the artwork and sample details in time for the agreed production schedule. Production time and transit time are separate; confirm both when planning an arrival date.

We provide shipment tracking details by email after dispatch. Contact us if you need help with the status of a sample or bulk shipment.

Sample and bulk shipping options: The following are indicative transit estimates for available routes, subject to confirmation for your destination and shipment:

• DHL / UPS / FedEx express: Approximately 5–7 days.
• Air freight forwarder: Approximately 12–15 days.
• Sea freight forwarder: Approximately 30–35 days.

Ask which service is available for your delivery address. The quote should state whether taxes and duties are included for that route; do not assume the same arrangement applies to every destination. Customs processing and local delivery can affect the arrival date.

30-Day Return Policy

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your items. Inspect the order on arrival and contact us immediately about defects, damage or incorrect items so we can assess and resolve the issue.

For return requests or shipping questions, contact us using your order details:

• Email: info@knitcustom.com
• WhatsApp: +86 13345513512

Request a written quote that separates the garment price from other agreed costs. Include your artwork, size and color breakdown, delivery address and required arrival date.

• Sample charge: The listed sample fee for this style is $29.95. Confirm the charge for any additional samples and the sample shipping cost before proceeding.

• Product price: Confirm the unit price against the final yarn, artwork, measurements and order quantities. Check any packaging or labeling requirements in the same quote.

• Shipping and applicable charges: Agree the transport service and whether quoted delivery includes taxes or duties for your destination. Any additional service or other charge should be identified before you accept the order.

• Wholesale payment option: Where agreed, wholesale orders can use a 30% T/T deposit and a 70% balance. These are parts of the order payment, not extra fees; confirm their due dates and the shipping terms in writing.
