These terms describe use of knitcustom.com and the process for discussing custom knitwear with Hangzhou Ankun Clothing Co., Ltd. (KnitCustom). Contact us at info@knitcustom.com. A written quotation and the order details accepted by both parties set out the specification, price, payment and delivery arrangements for a particular order.

1. Using this website

The website presents products, manufacturing information and buying guides. Inquiries are made by email; there is no online checkout or customer account. Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, upload malicious material or misuse another person's information. You must have authority to place an order for yourself or the business you represent.

2. Product information and quotations

Product photographs and examples help explain available styles. Screen colors may differ from physical yarn or a finished garment. Confirm the material, artwork, dimensions, sizes, quantities and packaging in your written order specification and approved sample.

Displayed prices and quantity tiers are references for the products shown. The applicable quotation should identify the currency, sample charges, garment price, shipping and any other agreed costs. Confirm whether taxes, duties or customs-related services are included for your destination. Contact us about any unclear or inconsistent information before accepting a quotation.

3. Artwork and design instructions

Provide artwork, logos, photographs and other materials only when you have the rights or permission needed for the intended use. Identify the controlling file version and explain important details such as motif dimensions, position, colors and lettering.

We review the proposed design with you before production. Knitted artwork has different constraints from a digital image, print or embroidery; approve the actual sample details that matter to your order. Discuss confidentiality or restrictions on the use of your design before sharing sensitive materials.

4. Samples, approvals and changes

Confirm the sample specification, fee, delivery method and timing before sampling. Where the agreed sample arrangement allows payment after approval of sample photographs, follow that arrangement and confirm any physical-sample shipping charges separately. A sample-photo approval does not replace any physical fit or material review you require.

Bulk production follows the agreed specification and sample approval. Send requested changes in writing. Changes to yarn, artwork, size quantities or packaging may affect price or timing and should be agreed before the affected work proceeds.

5. Payment and order records

Payment methods, amounts and due dates are those agreed for your order. Check the quotation, recipient details and invoice reference before payment, and contact us through the published email address if any payment instruction is unclear. Keep copies of the quotation, accepted specification, approvals and payment records.

6. Production and delivery

Agree sample and production timing with the order specification. Shipping time is separate from manufacturing time. Confirm the destination, delivery method, freight costs and responsibility for import formalities before dispatch.

Transit estimates depend on the route, carrier and customs processing. Provide accurate delivery details and tell us promptly about a required delivery date or change of address. Contact us with the order reference if you need a shipment update.

7. Inspection, returns and order concerns

Check the goods when they arrive. If items are damaged, defective or different from the agreed order, email info@knitcustom.com with the order reference, a description and clear photographs so we can assess the issue.

Our product pages state a 30-day period to request a return after receiving the items. Contact us within that period to discuss the reason and the appropriate arrangements; a request is not an automatic refund authorization. The agreed order terms and applicable law determine the resolution. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights that apply to your purchase.

8. External websites and privacy

Links to Alibaba, technical references and other external websites are provided for relevant information or services. Those providers set their own terms, privacy practices and transaction rules. Review the rules that apply before placing an order or providing information through another platform.

Our Privacy Policy explains how website and customer-contact information is handled. General buying guides support product discussions; they do not replace the agreed specification for your order.

9. Website availability and accuracy

We may update product information, prices or website content. If an error affects an order under discussion, contact us so the correct details can be agreed before proceeding. Website access may occasionally be interrupted, and we cannot guarantee that every external resource remains available.

10. Applicable law, updates and contact

These terms and separate agreements for our services are governed by the laws of China, subject to any mandatory rights that apply. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. An accepted written order agreement governs its specific commercial details.
