About KnitCustom
KnitCustom is the custom knitwear website of Hangzhou Ankun Clothing Co., Ltd. We work with buyers on sweater designs, material choices, samples and production specifications, from an initial reference to an agreed finished garment.
Our knitwear experience
With 16 years of experience in the field, our focus is turning a design idea into details that can be checked: garment measurements, yarn composition, artwork placement, color and finishing. Explore our factory overview to see the production areas shown on this site.
How We Support Your Knitwear Project
Design Development and Custom Production
- Your design: Start with artwork, a reference garment or a written brief. We discuss the intended fit, material, colors and decoration before the specification is finalized.
- Order planning: Share quantities and size breakdowns early so the proposed construction and production requirements can be assessed.
- Sample approval: Agree the sample and any revisions before bulk production. Our tech-pack guide helps you organize the information.
Materials and Production Checks
- Materials: Confirm fiber composition, yarn choice and trims against the intended use, care requirements and budget.
- Checks: Use the approved sample and written specification to review measurements, pattern placement, seams and finishing.
- Evidence: If your order needs an inspection report or a particular test, agree the scope, method and responsibility before production begins.
Sampling and Production Planning
- Sampling: Review design feasibility, yarn availability and required revisions before confirming the sample schedule.
- Delivery planning: Record the agreed production date and shipping arrangements separately. The final schedule depends on the confirmed order and approvals.
Material Information and Responsible Choices
- Material choices: Tell us if recycled content, a specific fiber source or reduced packaging is part of your brief. Availability and supporting documents need to match the selected material.
- Supplier information: Request current factory or product documents when an audit or certification is required. Check the named entity, scope and validity against your sourcing requirements.
Communication and After-Sales Support
- Clear communication: Keep artwork, sample comments, quotations and approvals together so the order has one agreed reference.
- After delivery: If you identify a problem, send the order details, quantities affected and photographs to info@knitcustom.com so we can review it against the approved specification.
