• Approve the physical sample: Inspect the repeat at garment scale, including its position near seams and ribbed edges. Review the reverse construction and fabric feel as well as the photograph of the front. The listed sample fee is $29.95; review the physical sample photos before sample payment and confirm sample shipping separately.

• Confirm the production schedule: Sample preparation takes 3–9 days after the sample brief is approved. Bulk production takes 10–20 days after final sample and order approval.
