• Send your design brief: Mark each color area and provide its intended dimensions on the garment. Include front and back views, plus any separate sleeve artwork.

• Review the artwork proof: Check wording, colors, placement and dimensions before approving the sample brief. Send requested changes together so the next version is clear.

• Approve the physical sample: Inspect the boundaries between colors, the smallest graphic details and the appearance on both sides of the fabric. Check the design while the sweater is laid flat and worn. The listed sample fee is $29.95; review the physical sample photos before sample payment and confirm sample shipping separately.

• Confirm the production schedule: Sample preparation takes 3–9 days after the sample brief is approved. Bulk production takes 10–20 days after final sample and order approval. Shipping time is additional. Confirm yarn availability and the agreed start date when planning your required arrival date.

• Keep an approval record: Confirm the final sample, size breakdown and any agreed changes before bulk production. Keep these details with the order for later checks.

Sample and bulk shipping options: The following are indicative transit estimates for available routes, subject to confirmation for your destination and shipment:

• DHL / UPS / FedEx express: Approximately 5–7 days.
• Air freight forwarder: Approximately 12–15 days.
• Sea freight forwarder: Approximately 30–35 days.

Ask which service is available for your delivery address. The quote should state whether taxes and duties are included for that route; do not assume the same arrangement applies to every destination. Customs processing and local delivery can affect the arrival date.
